Laser welding machine supplier in China

Victory Industry is a laser welding machine supplier in Jinan, Shandong, China. Founded in 2018, our company manufactures laser equipment, with research and development, manufacturing and customer support centered at the Jinan headquarters. This site brings together our handheld welding range and automatic VIW-R equipment. You can move from a series page to its named models, compare the specifications and contact us about the equipment and services needed for your purchase.

The handheld VIW families

Seven series make up the handheld range: VIW, VIW-A, VIW-D, VIW-F, VIW-P, VIW-S and VIW-T. The links in the handheld category lead to their individual pages. Those complete names matter when a purchasing team passes a shortlist to an engineer or asks about an offer. VIW-A and VIW-T are separate identities, for example; shortening either to VIW would lose that distinction. Use the page for the series under discussion to check its model names and technical entries.

VIW1500, VIW2000 and VIW3000

The VIW family offers three named power entries. VIW1500 is 1500W, VIW2000 is 2000W and VIW3000 is 3000W; all three specify a wavelength of 1080nm. Their Laser Source field lists Raycus, JPT, IPG and Max. Selecting a power therefore leaves a source choice to identify in the offer. On the VIW page, the side-by-side model table lets you read the shared fields once and see exactly where the power changes. Keep the resulting model and source selection together when comparing quotations.

VIW-R in the automatic equipment category

VIW-R belongs to our automatic welding range. Its models are VIW1500R, VIW2000R and VIW3000R, with corresponding powers of 1500W, 2000W and 3000W. The specification also gives 1080nm and Water Cooling. Compare VIW2000 with VIW2000R and the power is the same, but the category is different: handheld and automatic. For an automatic equipment discussion, a drawing showing how the parts are held and where the welding path runs adds information that the shared 2000W figure cannot supply.

Fiber length, cooling and working conditions

Both VIW and VIW-R list Standard 10m, Maximum Support 20m for Fiber Length. In other words, 20m is the supported maximum in that field, not the standard entry. Both families specify Water Cooling, and VIW's Working Humidity entry reads <70% No Condensation. These details belong in the installation discussion as well as the machine comparison. Mark the proposed equipment position on your layout, then identify the fiber length and site conditions to be reviewed for that arrangement.

China laser welding machine selection: describe the joint

What should you send before choosing a China laser welding machine? A joint drawing is a useful starting point. It shows where the adjoining parts meet; the accompanying material grades and thicknesses explain what those parts are. Add the required finished condition and flag any seam where access changes. For several assemblies, send separately labeled drawings so each set of requirements stays with its part. Our application planning page helps organize this information before you move to a model-specific discussion.

Laser welding machine manufacturer: component questions

When considering a laser welding machine manufacturer, look beyond the series name to the proposed supply. Victory Industry's laser equipment manufacturing identity is described on our company page. For a VIW inquiry, the model, laser source and fiber length give the discussion a concrete starting point. The proposal should also address the welding head, wire feeding arrangement, cooling equipment and any requested accessories individually. This makes the quotation useful to the people reviewing it: they can see which items are offered and which questions remain open.

One repeated assembly or a changing set of parts?

A repeated joint and a changing group of assemblies call for different information in the production brief. Identify the joints that recur, the quantities under consideration and the features that change between jobs. How are the parts brought into position, held and removed? Describe that work alongside the welding requirement. These are planning details, not a claim about machine output. Keep them with any estimate you receive, so its assumptions are still visible when your team reviews a different part or arrangement.

Installation, training and support

Our services cover installation and commissioning, operator training, technical support, maintenance and upgrades. Tell us where the equipment will be installed and which assistance your team needs. For support or an upgrade to an existing unit, include its current model and configuration instead. The service request can accompany the machine inquiry, with operating and maintenance preparation identified separately. Visit the service page for those topics and the company page for the background of our Jinan-based laser equipment business.

Bring the drawing to the first conversation

Contact Victory Industry at [email protected] or +86-185-2095-8834. You'll also find the headquarters address and an inquiry form on the contact page. A model number is helpful when you have one; a drawing and a clearly described welding question are useful when you don't. Include the material and thickness, quantities, installation destination and intended purchasing schedule. If you're comparing equipment already, add the full series names and configurations so we can discuss the same shortlist you're reviewing.

Purchasing questions

Which series is listed as automatic welding equipment?

VIW-R appears in the automatic laser welding category. Its table names VIW1500R, VIW2000R and VIW3000R. Use those complete names when comparing the automatic range with the handheld VIW series.

Does the same power mean the same welding setup?

No. Power is one specification field. Handheld and automatic formats still need to be compared against joint access, part positioning, holding and the work required between successive jobs.

Is 20m the standard VIW fiber length?

No. VIW lists Standard 10m, Maximum Support 20m. The longer supported option should be requested explicitly and identified in the actual configuration being quoted.

Can I begin with a drawing instead of a model number?

Yes. Include the material, thickness, joint requirements and access or positioning questions with the drawing. Add the quantities and destination so the inquiry describes the application and purchase requirements together.
